Returns & Replacements
Due to the nature of digital products, including downloadable guides, workshops, PDFs, and other digital content, all digital product sales are final. We do not accept returns or provide refunds for digital products once purchased.
Physical Products
We stand behind the quality of our physical products. If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery to request a replacement.
To request a replacement, please contact us with your order number and photos showing the damage or defect. If the damage is confirmed, we will replace the affected product at no additional cost to you.
We do not accept returns of physical products simply because you have changed your mind or no longer want the item.
